CEA Consultant
Creating sustainable food systems for the future.
Before taking the leap into market gardening, I worked as the VP of Operations for a start-up company in the controlled environment agriculture (CEA) industry. CEA refers to the cultivation of crops in controlled, indoor environments such as greenhouses and vertical farms.
And while I have made it my personal mission to grow healthy, local food for my own community, I'm equally as dedicated to helping other communities, businesses and governments across North America incorporate urban and indoor farming practices to address food insecurity while creating more sustainable food systems for the future.
Areas of Expertise:
My main areas of expertise include operational support, business strategy, and market research for Start-ups and Corporations within the CEA space.
I also offer policy development and advisement for various levels of governments integrating indoor and urban farming legislation, zoning and public programming.
