Eggs come washed and should be stored in the fridge. 
 
If you would prefer counter safe eggs, just let us know and we will wipe, rather than wash your eggs so you can keep them out on the counter. All eggs should be washed prior to use. 
 
Since we have over 7 breeds of chickens, our eggs come in all different colours and sizes. As such, we cannot accomodate more or less of one type of egg.
